As students in the MS Biostatistics and Data Science (BDS) program at Weill Cornell Medicine, you will develop a wide range of skills and knowledge to successfully pursue careers that make meaningful contributions to the field of healthcare and beyond. Over the last several years the BDS program has trained students to pursue diverse career paths in the healthcare fields such as biostatistics, data science and analytics, consulting, and implementation science. In fact, the BDS alumni have gone on to hold positions such as biostatisticians, data scientists, data analysts, consultants, project managers and more. The advanced academic training offered by the BDS program and your current or previous experiences allow you to explore a diverse array of career paths in the field of healthcare and beyond. As students in the MS Health Informatics (HI) program, you will develop a range of skills to successfully take up jobs that make meaningful contributions to the healthcare industry. Over the last several years the HI program has trained students to take up jobs in the healthcare industry in fields such as information science, healthcare IT system management, data analytics, implementation science, and government. In fact, the HI alumni have gone on to hold positions such as in Integration-Interface Analyst, Manager of Quality Informatics, Data Analyst, Project Manager, Technical Consultant, and more. Based on the academic training you will receive in this program and your previous experiences, you will have a multiple of career paths that you can explore in the healthcare industry. Based on your individual interests and professional goals, you may choose to pursue a variety of career paths.
As students in the MS Health Policy and Economics (HPE) program at Weill Cornell Medicine, you will develop a wide range of skills and knowledge to successfully pursue careers that make meaningful contributions to the field of healthcare. Over the last several years the HPE program has trained students to pursue diverse career paths in the healthcare fields such as health economics, health policy, data analytics, policy evaluation, consulting, and implementation science. In fact, the HPE alumni have gone on to hold positions in data and policy analysis, healthcare consulting, project management, quality improvement and more. The advanced academic training offered by the HPE program and your current or previous experiences allow you to explore a diverse array of career paths in the field of healthcare. Based on your individual interests and professional goals, you may choose to pursue a variety of career paths.
