Postdoctoral Associate in Medicare/Medicaid Research

The Division of Health Policy and Economics in the Department of Population Health Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM) is seeking to recruit a postdoctoral associate for a two-year term beginning summer/fall 2025. The successful candidate will engage in mentored research on supply-side health economic topics, including study of the health care delivery system in Medicaid and the performance of the Medicare Advantage program. The postdoctoral associate will be supervised and mentored by Dr. William Schpero and work closely with Drs. Amelia Bond and Dhruv Khullar. The postdoctoral associate will meet, collaborate, and receive additional support from affiliated investigators with complementary expertise in medicine, statistics, and implementation science.

The position will include a strong emphasis on professional development: the hire will be encouraged to attend academic seminars and workshops and will be supported in the pursuit of internal and external funding.
