Anjile An is a Research Biostatistician III in the Division of Biostatistics. She holds a Master of Public Health in epidemiology with a certificate in applied biostatistics from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and bachelor’s degrees in public health and cognitive science from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining WCM, Anjile worked as a graphic designer (and continues to make hex stickers for fun), and as an analyst for the Cure Violence anti-gun violence initiative at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
Anjile works primarily with the Department of Epidemiology faculty in their Meyer Cancer Center research, but also collaborates with the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Behavioral and Mental Health, Division of Trauma Surgery, and INSIGHT Clinical Research Network. She also consults with the Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC) to provide researchers across WCM with biostatistical support. In addition to her statistical consulting work, Anjile is also involved in the PHS education programs as a teaching assistant and instructor.
