Dr. Erika Abramson, an assistant professor of pediatrics and of healthcare policy and research, was elected vice chair of the Association of Pediatric Program Directors' Research and Scholarship Task Force, effective June 30.
The association serves pediatric programs by leading the advancement of education to ensure the health and well-being of children. The task force is charged with understanding and informing association leadership how research and scholarship can be supported for all members by the organization.
